Job Description

• Support the Finance Operations team in managing collections, disbursements, and treasury functions.
• 1-year contract.
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational matters and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system initiatives.
• Up to $5,500 per month.

The Opportunity We are looking for operationally-minded finance professionals to help manage our daily operations while maintaining high service standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Function Oversight: Manage sub-functions within Finance Operations ensuring delivery based on TAT and SLA .
• Technical Execution: Prepare reports, reconciliations, and statistical analysis for management review .
• System Transformation: Participate in requirement gathering and perform UAT for various system automation initiatives .

What You Bring

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Business, or Finance .
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the insurance industry .
