We are seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance Account Manager to join our growing aviation specialty team. This role supports a diverse book of personal and commercial aviation accounts, working closely with aircraft owners, operators, and insurance underwriters to deliver exceptional service, accurate coverage, and timely execution.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven, fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and has a strong technical understanding of insurance coverages—particularly within aviation.

• Key Responsibilities
  Manage a dedicated book of personal and commercial aviation insurance accounts, including General Aviation, Corporate Aviation, and aviation-related businesses
  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day service, coverage explanations, and risk management support
  Work directly with insurance underwriters and carrier partners to market accounts, negotiate terms, and secure coverage
  Prepare and manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
  Review policies for accuracy, coverage intent, and compliance with client needs and underwriting requirements
  Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members—both written and verbal
  Maintain detailed and organized account documentation within the agency management system
  Adhere to internal workflows, timelines, and service standards to ensure consistent client experience

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Insurance License
Prior experience as an Insurance Account Manager or Account Executive (aviation experience strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of insurance coverages, forms, and policy structures (aviation-specific knowledge is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a specialized team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft 365 (or similar tools)
