Your new role

• Prepare and submit supplier invoice payment requests for the Finance and Business Support teams.
• Act as the main contact for staff expense claims.
• Review payment requests and expense claims to ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee the AP payment schedule to ensure timely execution of payments.
• Review Japan bank account on the weekly bank reconciliations and handle outstanding payment
• Handle fundamental financial analysis reports

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
• Proficiency in Japanese and English
