Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer role | Woollongabba location | Permanent role Your new company
This global company that operates in a niche industry is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Commencing ASAP, this well-rounded position will be based on site at their Woolloongabba offices, which offers plenty of onsite car parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Company Directors, you will be responsible for:

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards

Petty cash management

Collection of overdue accounts

Recording payroll data and information

Assisting with cash flow forecasting

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

Previous experience as a Finance Officer / Bookkeeper

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
