Requirements
What You Bring to Win Big at Gradient
A deep bench of financial expertise – You bring extensive experience in personal and business tax preparation, financial reporting, auditing, and navigating complex tax regulations and GAAP standards.
The credentials to back it up – You hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with an active CPA designation. Senior Accountant or Controller level experience and 5-7 years in the financial field help you hit the ground running.
Analytical instincts that don’t miss a beat – You can “think on your feet,” identify risks, evaluate opportunities, and make strategic recommendations that strengthen the business.
Mastery of the tools of the trade – You’re proficient with accounting software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, financial modeling, and other current financial and accounting applications.
Clear, confident communication – You know how to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
