Job Description

• Support CLM processes across onboarding, periodic KYC refresh, client maintenance, and offboarding.
• Review and validate the quality of customer due-diligence and KYC information, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct checks on customer documentation, risk classification, and source-of-wealth/source-of-funds information.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documentation.
• Monitor lifecycle events to ensure timely updates and adherence to internal policies.
• Prepare CLM-related documentation, exception summaries, and compliance follow-up actions.
• Support process improvements and contribute to strengthening CLM standards across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in CLM, KYC, AML, onboarding, client documentation, or related areas in financial services.
• Strong understanding of due-diligence requirements, customer documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Knowledge of AML regulations preferred (e.g., CDD, EDD, sanctions, PEP screening).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel, documentation handling, workflow tracking, and data validation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
