A leading insurer is looking for a Corporate Compliance professional with exposure to US Tax and PDPO.

Your new role

• Work closely with the first line of defence, providing practical advice on insurance regulatory requirements and day‑to‑day compliance matters.
• Support compliance coverage across areas such as staff dealings, disclosure of interests, FATCA/CRS, and personal data privacy (experience in these areas is a plus).
• Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders on new product initiatives, system implementations, and enhancement projects to ensure regulatory considerations are embedded early.
• Review and enhance policies, procedures, compliance manuals, and internal guidelines in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Perform compliance reviews and thematic checks, identifying potential gaps and proposing pragmatic solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Insurance, Banking, Law, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience, ideally gained within insurance, financial institutions, consulting firms, or regulatory bodies
• Welcome banking or listed companies' compliance candidates with solid FATCA/ CRS and PDPO exposure.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a changing regulatory environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
