Description
Fund Accountant/Senior Fund Accountant (Real Estate)A global financial services firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients, delivering high-quality fund administration and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and deliver NAVs, financial statements, and reporting
- Review fund accounting outputs and oversee quarter-end processes
- Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain reconciliations, client records, and compliance with internal controls
- Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
- 3-5+ years' experience in real estate fund accounting / financial services
- Strong knowledge of RE fund structures, consolidations, and multi-currency entities
- Familiarity with Yardi/Horizon and strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
