14 The Role: Head of Compliance & Ethics - Mobility
The Team: Join a best-in-class global team committed to delivering timely, practical and actionable compliance and ethics leadership to advance our business and safeguard our reputation, people, and assets. This position reports directly to the Chief Risk, Compliance and Privacy Officer who reports to the Chief Legal Officer of Mobility.
Responsibilities and Impact: The Head of Compliance & Ethics is a senior leader responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing Mobility's global Compliance & Ethics program, supporting a business of approximately $1.8 billion in revenue and approximately 3,500 employees worldwide. This role ensures Mobility operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
The Head of Compliance & Ethics will lead a comprehensive compliance framework covering anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, securities disclosure and trading compliance, whistleblower and speak-up programs, export controls and sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-boycott laws, Modern Slavery Act compliance, competition and antitrust, third-party due diligence, policy governance, training and certifications, monitoring and reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of global compliance laws and regulations, strong business judgment, and the ability to translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable solutions that enable innovation while managing risk.

Compliance Program Leadership
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance a risk-based global Compliance & Ethics program aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices, covering ABAC, conflicts of interest, securities trading compliance, AML, export controls and sanctions, antitrust and competition law, Modern Slavery Act and supply chain integrity, anti-boycott laws, and code of business ethics.
- Ensure appropriate governance structures, controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance risk, controls gaps, and remediation solutions.
- Own Mobility's compliance policy framework, ensuring policies are current, accessible and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee design and delivery of global compliance training programs.
- Implement certification processes and track completion metrics.
- Promote a strong ethical culture through targeted communications and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee the whistleblower hotline and investigations into violations of ethical standards and non-compliance.
- Establish clear protocols for investigation resolution.
- Ensure consistent application of consequence management standards.
- Develop and oversee risk-based third-party controls, including sanctions screening, supplier code of conduct, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
- Establish data-driven monitoring and testing programs to assess control effectiveness.
- Develop key compliance metrics and dashboards.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement based on monitoring results and regulatory developments.
- Champion a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on compliance risks.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across legal, finance, HR, operations, procurement and internal audit.
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience (i.e., experience in compliance, legal, risk or regulatory roles, including significant leadership experience).
- Demonstrated experience building or leading a global compliance and ethics program.
- Deep expertise in anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls, AML, and global regulatory frameworks.
- Experience reporting to executive leadership and/or committees.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and enforcement trends.
- Proven experience managing investigations and sensitive matters.
- Experience operating in a multinational environment preferred.
- Proven capability to manage high-volume, complex environments with sound judgment and adaptability. Fosters inclusivity and manages emotions to achieve optimal business outcomes. Able to effectively pivot direction and collaborate across teams to meet strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional business judgment and strong problem-solving abilities. Adept at articulating business needs and defining actionable strategies. Actively seeks input from diverse sources to ensure engagement and influence stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated passion for the business.
- Operates autonomously while also being a collaborative team player who brings a positive, "can do" attitude to the workplace. Works effectively with other members of the Compliance, Risk and Privacy team, internal clients, and cross-functional organizations to influence and develop strategic initiatives.
