Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Head of Compliance and act as RC for the funds
• Design and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with AIFMD, CSSF regulations
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact
• Oversee AML/CTF policies and KYC processes
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement effective controls
• Prepare reports for the Board and senior stakeholders
• Drive compliance training and foster a culture of integrity

Your Profile

• Degree in Law, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CAMS) are advantageous
• 8+ years of compliance experience within AIFM, asset management, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of AIFMD, CSSF regulations, AML/CTF requirements, and Luxembourg fund structures
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at senior level
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
