Role Summary

A critical position within a new Investor Onboarding Team, responsible for managing AML/KYC due diligence processes and serving as a key liaison between external service providers and internal commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise investor onboarding and AML/KYC due diligence processes
• Coordinate between external service providers and internal teams
• Validate AML documentation for new and existing investors
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of investor data and risk ratings
• Track onboarding progress and escalate potential issues to Compliance team
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, or related field
• 4-7 years experience in investor onboarding, AML/KYC, or client due diligence
• Deep understanding of Luxembourg AML/CFT regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive approach with high attention to detail

Language Requirements

Fluent in English; French language knowledge is a strong asset.
