About the Job:

While Synpulse has a hybrid work policy, this role involves integrating with client teams and their specific work arrangements for successful project delivery. We look for candidates who can seamlessly adapt. Your job designation and compensation will be commensurate with your skillset and qualifications.

1. Lead detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process to support end-solutions for clients.
2. Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and lasting client impact.
3. Structure and guide problem-solving with client and project teams, distilling complex challenges into actionable insights.
4. Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely.
5. Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences across insurance transformation.
6. Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business in identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
7. Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities.
8. Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.
9. We are open to filling this role from Singapore or Malaysia. You must already be legally able to start work in Singapore or Malaysia.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder.
2. At least 6 years' experience in Project Management / Business Analysis roles in the life or non-life insurance domain, or from technology consulting and/or industry roles with exposure to project work.
3. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is an advantage
4. Experience in Data analytics, data migration & integration is preferred.
5. Project experience in one of the following areas is a must - Distribution, Digital and AI-led distribution transformation, core system implementation and/or enhancement, underwriting, claims, financial or technical accounting, operational process improvement.
6. Demonstrated project leadership and business analysis experience managing small teams or workstreams.
7. Proven detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies that both business and technology play in a client's organisation.
8. Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualise solutions.
9. Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organisation.
