Arespected and well - established legal practice is seeking an experiencedand organised Practice Manager with strong accounts and bookkeeping skills. Thisis a pivotal position within a close - knit team, offering stability and variety in aprofessional environment.

Your New Role

As the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of day - to - dayoffice operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. You will overseeadministrative processes, reception, technology platforms, service providers,and the overall presentation of the practice.

A keyfocus of the role includes leading the implementation of new AML/CTF requirements , supporting complianceprocesses, and driving continuous improvement in systems and workflows.
You will also play acrucial part in the firm's financial administration, including trust accountingtasks, Xero data entry, BAS support, PEXA finalisation and liaison withauditors and regulatory bodies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience in office management, legal administration and accounts

Understanding of trust accounting and legal compliance

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder skills

Strong organisational ability with a proactive, professional approach

Confidence working across MS Office and practice management systems (LEAP desirable)

High attention to detail and strong problem - solving abilities

Current Queensland driver's licence
