Our client is looking for a newly or nearly qualified Actuary to join their Longevity Pricing team within a leading global reinsurer.
The role will support the pricing of longevity reinsurance business, working across experience analysis, assumption setting, deal execution, and the ongoing monitoring of in-force treaties.

The successful candidate will act as a technical expert within the team, reviewing and guiding junior colleagues, checking pricing and biometric analyses, and communicating results to senior stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development of pricing bases, tools, and processes, while balancing commercial objectives with risk considerations.

The ideal candidate will have experience or strong exposure to pricing within the UK life insurance or pensions market, with reinsurance pricing experience highly desirable. Strong analytical capability, confidence in communicating technical concepts, and advanced Excel skills are essential, with programming experience (e.g. R, Python, VBA) advantageous.
