About Our Client

Our client is one of the well known international private bank and the department is currently looking for a Client Documentation Officer to handle client documentation checking, BAU in client onboarding check, BAU, automation and UAT for private banking clients.

Job Description

• Reviewing and verifying client documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining and updating records in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all client files are complete and meet the standards of the financial services industry.
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is collected and filed appropriately.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address discrepancies or missing information in client documentation.
• Supporting audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes and implementing them in the documentation process.
• Providing administrative support to the banking and financial services department as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
• at least 4 years of working experience under client onboarding or relevant field within banking industry
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
• Work collaboratively with team member
• Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
• Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
