During the program, you'll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. Also, you will have the opportunity to work for up to two years, explore our firm, gain hands-on work experience, expand your network and relationships, and develop skills applicable to any career. We have also programs available in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Panama.

The Panama-based Payments Sales team, manages and grows correspondent banking relationships across the region, driving portfolio growth, deepening client engagement, and managing counterparty and compliance risks across cash management, clearing, and cross‑border payment flows.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Payments Sales Manager (PSM) and actively engage in client presentations, proposals and monthly revenue reviews
• Track client relationships and help identify new deal opportunities
• Support deal creation and management throughout the deal lifecycle
• Call report and meeting preparation - provide research on products, markets and/or clients
• Advance all aspects of KYC preparation and become a key contact for approval of new clients and renewals
• Assist PSM with review of client billing statements
• Monitor and follow-up on AML client inquiries

Education:

• Recent university graduate or near graduation with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced English level
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Availability to work in Panama City, Panama
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and summarize insights for decision making.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset and high standards for integrity and controls.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Relevant coursework or experience in finance, banking, payments, or financial services is encouraged but not required.
