We are partnering with a well-established construction business experiencing continued growth across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking Financial Accountant to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the property and construction sector.

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function across multiple projects and entities. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting month-end processes in a project-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Project accounting and cost tracking across construction developments
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Supporting audit processes and external reporting requirements
• Partnering with operational and project teams to support financial decision-making

About You:

• CPA/CA qualified or near completion
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential)
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
