CLIENT BACKGROUND
Our client is a Hong Kong-based asset management platform supporting private fund managers across multiple markets. The firm operates in a regulated environment with regular regulator interaction and offers strong learning exposure for junior compliance professionals who show initiative and ownership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist with SFC licensing filings, including applications, notifications, and ongoing returns
• Support fund platform compliance, particularly fund onboarding, AML/KYC, and document reviews
• Handle routine compliance filings and internal compliance monitoring tasks
• Assist in preparing responses to SFC inquiries and regulatory requests
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on compliance matters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh legal graduates welcome, or candidates with up to 3 years' experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
• Degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline
• Interest in asset management and fund compliance
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable handling routine filings
• Proactive, initiative‑driven mindset
• Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage
