A well-established international law firm in Luxembourg is seeking an AML Analyst to strengthen its growing compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic environment with strong exposure to complex client structures and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KYC/CDD processes across
• Perform detailed identification and verification
• Conduct screening checks using sanctions lists, adverse media, and other relevant databases, and assess the results
• Evaluate client risk profiles and support the assignment of AML risk ratings
• Review and challenge source of funds/source of wealth information to ensure adequacy and consistency
• Maintain clear, well-structured documentation to meet regulatory and internal audit expectations
• Flag and escalate atypical or potentially suspicious cases to Compliance where appropriate
• Ensure adherence to applicable Luxembourg regulatory requirements and internal AML policies

Your Profile

• Degree in Law, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline
• 5 years of AML/KYC experience within a law firm
• Solid understanding of Luxembourg AML/CTF regulations and broader EU frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines
